She held our hands from the start: went to vendors with us for selections, spent hours designing kitchen and built-in unit cabinet design layouts to present to us, reworking and improving designs based on our feedback. She knows color, and walked us through many iterations of white until we decided on upstairs (BM Dove Wing) and the basement (BM Silver Satin). Most importantly, Kim listens to her clients.
